What:
Community Meeting/Public Hearing
Join Paul Blank, former national political director, Dean for America, Chris Kofinis, former senior advisor, Clark for President, Iowa State Senator Joe Bolkcom and Congressional Candidate Dave Loebsack for a special town hall meeting in Iowa City.
We will celebrate with local community activists who have been successful in standing up to Wal-Mart and calling on the largest company in the world to change its business practices before it can enter the city.
Food and refreshments will be served.
The town hall is part of the 2006 Change Wal-Mart, Change America Tour, which has six stops in Iowa.
