Recently, Wal-Mart’s CEO Lee Scott has cut hours, capped wages, and instituted a new attendance policy that even makes it difficult for Associates to take care of a sick child.

But Wal-Mart Associates are fighting back. Through Wal-Mart Workers of America, Associates from across the United States are joining together, standing up, and speaking out. After all, it is us, Wal-Mart’s Associates who have made this company a success.
